Service Warranty

Televisions

  • 1. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
  • 2. For units installed outside the jurisdiction of the authorized service center or dealer, the customer is responsible for all expenses related to collection, travel, and other incidental costs.
  • 3. If any parts are repaired or replaced, the warranty will continue only for the remaining period. Time taken for repairs or transit will not extend the warranty period.
  • 4. The company or its authorized service center reserves the right to retain any replaced parts at its discretion if a defect is found during the warranty period.
  • 5. Warranty continues only if the product is inspected and found free from transit damage. The customer must pay any applicable inspection fees. If there is transit damage, repairs will be charged, but the warranty will still be valid for the remaining period.
  • 6. Free installation or demo is available for SELECTED TV MODELS within 6 months of purchase. Some models may require a charge for installation; details can be obtained from Affection Home Appliances Service Center or Call Center.
  • 7. The company's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts. Maximum claims will be capped at the lower of the product's retail price or purchase price.
  • 8. In unforeseen circumstances where spares are unavailable, the company’s depreciation rules will apply as a commercial solution instead of repairs.
  • 9. Defective accessories will be repaired or replaced as needed.
  • 10. All disputes related to this warranty are subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad.
  • 11. The company's obligation is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts.
  • 12. The Service Center will decide whether repairs should be done on-site or at their facility.
  • 13. For any extended warranty offers, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to register the warranty card with the nearest Authorized Service Center within 2 weeks of purchase, at their own cost.
  • 14. Any replaced parts will be functionally operative.
  • 15. Service charges may differ for products purchased outside India.
  • 16. Repairs may involve new, refurbished, or reconditioned parts or accessories.
  • 17. Repairs or replacements will be handled by the Company’s Service Center, Authorized Service Center, or Dealer’s Service Center.

Exclusions

  • 1. Repairs due to misuse or third-party attempts are not covered.
  • 2. Warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors or incompatible data types.
  • 3. If the product is not used according to its specifications (e.g., personal vs. commercial use).
  • 4. Failure due to specific conditions or misuse (e.g., waterlogging).
  • 5. If the original serial number is removed or altered.
  • 6. Damage caused by events beyond control, such as lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God, or during transit.
